Managing People

Managers and supervisors are the frontline connection with your employees, and research shows most managers receive minimal formal training on managing people. During this activity-based experience, managers learn useful, focused processes to motivate, manage and appreciate employees – skills they will use their entire careers.

The course can be customized into a full day or day-and-a-half program and integrated with a team-building dinner.
